Yooo.. I feel like a D**k now.. lol.. you guys were right ... i got jipped like a CRAZY ****.. i guess cuz I didn't shop around when I wanted the strobe kit. Anyways, I took all the thingz back to the shop cuz I had receipts.. now they BSing me sayin they don't know anythin.. i gotta speak to the manager. Manager hasn't been there for past 2 days.. Can I do anythin about this? I want my damn MONEY BACK.. Thats alot of damn money.

Yes obviously I knew it was a lot of money. But I wanted strobes.. and the blood suckers talked me in.. The shops name is Queens Autotronic its in Queens, NY on liberty avenue. DO NOT GO THERE.

let's hope you get out of it. hurts that you got ripped off by THAT much.
are ANY of the bulbs colored bulbs. if SO, and only use this as a last degree. threaten them. you sold them colored bulbs and you don't have an officers/ambulance/firefighters's license. therefore, they did something illegal. either you'll rat the cops on them or they refund your money.

now, if they're all clear bulbs. is there a return policy. if there is, then there is no arguement. tell them you'll take them to court for not complying with their own return policy. take store credit and try to buy something that is worth 8 bills or get a buncha stuff that'll total. but don't give in..that is just TOO much to pay.

 

Why would they BS you if you have the reciept? You can always return things if you have the reciept....come on, This is America

 

Correction this is Queens there are a lot of shady buisnesses (dont take this wrong Queens people no insult intended to you)

 

I can't imagine it's illegal to sell a person colored bulbs, but it would be illegal for them to use them on their car unless they're innocuous ones like orange or green.

 

Holy sh!it 8 bills. I can get you some from circuit city for like $80. One blue one red. I am really sorry. I guess you can file a lawsuit against them in small claims court for like 50 bucks. The judge usually does what is just instead of what might be legal correct. I think u will have a very good chance in court. By the way in small claims court in texas the plaintiff and defendant have to represent themselves. they can not hire a lawyer so no big legal bill.

 

Am I stupid? Where are you all seeing how much he paid for these?!
