I need to get it replaced and my local dealer is quoting $180 for front right lower control arm for my 2000 Maxima GLE. Can someone tell me if this is a good price? If not, what other places should I try? Thanks for the help.

 

That's about right (think the list price is around $187). You could call DaveB (see parts thread) to see if he can do better.

 

it's a pretty significant part, and I believe it also has the lower balljoint as part of it, so 180 sounds pretty reasonable I would say....

 

Thanks for the replies. I will probably go ahead and get it from my dealer. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting bent over by them. Again, I appreciate the help.
