Strange noise coming from the front of the car...
I have a raspy, scratching noise that is most evident on uphill turns at ~2000 RPM, but it also happens without turning on a straightaway at the same RPM. It sounds like metal grinding on metal, but it's a very light sound - not clanking or pounding, just sort of scratchy/raspy metal on metal.
I checked out my Apexi air filter today, and the outer black rim has spots that have been wearing out while rubbing on parts of the engine bay, but I don't think that is the sound because the filter isn't metal.
Any ideas?

I have a "chatter" at 65mph and above on the freeway. Seems to be intermitten...sometimes it is louder than others.
I thought maybe I had left the oil filter shield loose from the last oil change...but it wasn't.
I am now starting to think that this is the front two wind screens (under the car attached to front bumper). If you look, you can see some warpage between the "plastic bolts" that secure it to the front bumper.
