Would an upgraded wire harness give better light output even with my stock bulbs?

If so, where could I get some from?

ive seen them at my local advance and pep boys. i dont think they will give you increased light output but just simply allow for higher wattage bulb which if they are decent quality then should provide better light. if you want better light from stock bulbs then look at changing the grounding for the lights by using larger wire and perhaps a closer grounding point.

Depends on whether your current wiring truly is a bottleneck!

It's certainly worth trying, but I'd make sure the wiring is upgraded all the way from the headlamp relay to the sockets, and that the grounding point is sufficient... might also want to try a Hyperground system to enhance the grounding points under the hood...

Afraid not. If you're looking for more light output, you're going to have to go to the source: The bulb. A Bohemian HID kit is a great way to get significantly more light output - but you'll have to pay to play.
