Before I start, thanks to all who responsed to my post regarding the top speed and the front end vibration. Your comments where real helpful. Now back to my experince. I brought less the 3 week old beauty to the dealer to have them check the front end vibration. This M*****#%F tech gets into my brand new car with his dirty greasy clothes without even putting in a seat cover. Then to top the insides of my brand new wheels had the paint scrape to hell when the lugs were removed. This is my first and last trip to the dealer. I will be performing my own routine maintance from now on. Bastards!

yeah, dealer service places seem to suck also in this north new jersey area also.

my cousin had tint put in his new 323ci and they just sprayed water like crazy onto the interior and it didnt look good, they didnt put any coverings or anything and they took 1 hr.

thas how they did my tint both times.. but then again i got my tint done at teh same place twice. i went from 35 all around to 20 just rears since i got pulled over for front tint..

just switch dealers

My dealear is so stupid!!!! WHEN I first bought my GLE, they SCRATCHED the car!!! I WAS SO ANGRY THAT I TOLD THEM I AM GOING TO say OK on the customer survey card!! They don't know who they are messing with.

If they are so stupid and can't even wash a car then how can they even fixt a car?! They cant!!!! I will fix it myself!
