after market CD-changer
#1
Hello fellow Maxima Enthus!
I want to get an after market CD-changer for the stock stereo system. And I don't want to get the one that's offered by the dealers. So does anyone know anything about getting a direct plug in cd-changer for the 2000 maxima. I don't have the BOSE system, just the stocky 120 Watt stereo.
So if anyone has any neww or info about changers, please let me know.

Ok. which radio U have if U don't have bose? the tape or the tape/cd? For the tape/cd Panasonic makes a 8disk changer with a OEM adapter that would plug to it and U can use the controls on the radio. I need to go home and look at mine and see what kinda port is on the back of the radio. will keep U updated.

Thanks for the help Kev. Hey Maximaniac, thanks for the tip. I have the 120 watts stock stereo. It has a the function of cd/chger adn the tape switch is a switch of it's own. So is the panasonic changer a direct plug in or is it using a FM modulator. do u know how much does it cost? And is it a good changer? I don't think I have the same stereo as the one u r talkin about.
