P0140 Code: Which 02 Sensor?

I am getting a SES code P0140. Which o2 sensor is this and what is the part number for it? I want to make sure I get the right sensor from DaveB.

i had the same code pop up last week. you may want to check out the tsb on it because it calls for the replacement of two sensors on cali spec and one on fed spec along with an ecu flash. i am not sure if the flash changes the tolerances but i would think you will need it to ensure a good life for the new sensor. mine is in today for the same thing and i brought a copy of the tsb but the site i got it from is down at the moment. i can email it to you later if you want since it has all the locations and part numbers for the replacement O2.

I read TSB NTB02-051a and it showed the code that I was getting. Will Nissan still honor the TSB even though I am out of the 3/36000 warranty?

to be honest, i doubt it. ive got 40k but they covered under extended warranty which is through nissan. it might be worth a try but if they deny it then they might still try to stick with you a diagnostic fee.

They should flash your ECU for free, but expect to pay for the O2 sensor(s).

i use this i just use my old laptop. i think its a steal for what they sell it for considering you can use it on any OBD2 car. check out that link for more info but it does alot more than just pull codes.
