Clank noise while shifting...

While parking today, I noticed that my car makes a claking noise when going from Park to "D" or "3", but not when I go the other way. When I was done parallel parking, I tried to do the same thing - no clank, just a small noise which is normal, as far as I know.

Could this be a broken motor mount? I know there are broken motor mount threads out there, but I want to be sure and want to ask more questions as suggestions are brought up.

Thanks.

It's probably because you shift to Drive from Reverse while the car is still moving.
