Windshield washer fluid issues

Noticed a strange issue the past week...

I filled up my washer fluid (was rather curious why it got low so soon) last week, and already as of 2 days ago the washer fluid light comes on once in a while when I go through a sharp curve (goes away when the car straightens out).
Also, on occasion the washer fluid sprays a little low, whereas sometimes it sprays high like it should.
This evening the washer fluid would not come out of the nozzles at ALL. The light was not on, except when I went through a sharp curve... so I assume the reservoir isn't completely empty.

Is it possible my washer motor is leaking and/or dead? I should check all the lines, although it's such a pain since that crap is way underneath...

(FYI, I always use RAINX washer fluid, and do NOT have an FSTB.)

Sounds like the motor is cutting in and out.

stupid question but what does the FSTB have to do with the windshield washer fluid and/or reservoir?

In some cases a FSTB can pinch off the lines leading to the nozzles under the fire proofing padding, leading to poor squirtage or in some cases none at all.

FYI, it worked this morning, although the stream was pointing low like before.
Plus, the windshield washer fluid light has gone from being off most of the time, and on sometimes in a curve, to being ON all the time, and only off in rare situations (like going up/down a hill [can't remember which], accelerating quickly, etc.)
There's definitely a leak somewhere... hopefully that's all it is, I don't want to have to fork out $$ for a damn washer fluid motor

Hmm, windshield washer pump actually isn't too bad--the washer pump is $14.08 by the stealership prices listed on alldatadiy.com... DAVEB's prices are probably a little cheaper. Oh well, I can't do anything until I can sit it on a dry surface to check it out, so this might take a while.

I wouldn't doubt it, this winter's been hell (parking brake cable, now this... plus my front rotors need turning again, no way in hell I'm doing it anytime soon, though I do need to do an oil change ASAP)
but this sounds like something funky... like something maybe hit a hose? (leakage)
It best better not be the motor--I am not wanting to change out my washer fluid pump every winter!

Your washer pump could have been busted if it got cold enough to freeze the washer fluid inside of it. That would cause the fluid to run out and low output from the nozzles.
