Marble size hail!!

It hailed here in New Orleans last night. I knew it was going to storm but, I had no idea it was going to hail. I was sitting inside and started hearing ting, ting on the roof. Next thing I knew I was outside in the middle of the hail putting my car cover on and whatever comforters I could find. I was crapping on myself. It lasted about a good 10 minutes. Luckily this morning I didn't see any dents, but I'll really tell when I wash my car.

Man, I'm gonna have to take a look at my car tomorrow morning!!!! Didn't know about this either... I'm only an hour away from you.. And I didn't even know you lived in Louisiana, whats up... you need to come to the track some time with me, Ceasar, and the maxima gang that we've started to form in this area.

Hail falls in what is known as hail streaks...long, narrow areas where hail fall. So, the chances are slim that two different people would get hit unless they live very close to each other. My 2K got pounded this past summer while I was at work, but my brothers car only 3 miles down the road showed very little damage. Make sure you get every penny's worth if you claim. I got a little more than half the value of my car.

It was just in my area that it hailed. Before it started I heard there was pea sized hail on the west bank. And to my astonishment I got marble sized hail. It only hailed right where I'm at thank god for my quick action. Although I have a few knots on my head from getting hit.
I'd like to make it to a meet but I just don't have the time. I am very busy with work. My brother lives in the B.R. and I rarely go up there.

I had my 01 Maxima repaired twice in 2 years for $3500 each time it hailed. Thank God for USAA insurance.
