help! check engine light is still on!

i just replaced my gutted cat for the r&t cat and the check engine light is still on.i also have the stillen y-pipe ,anybody ever have this problem?

Did you reset the ECU? If not, just unplug the ground to the battery for a few hours.

Be sure to reset your radio presets after disconnecting the battery!
