Left blinker blinks twice as fast.

I have a question. My Left blinker is blinking twice as fast as my right blinker. The front left blinker is not working but the back left is. Which bulb may be bad?

if the front one isnt working its is cause its burnt out... everytime one of your blinkers blink fast it means your bulbs burnt (obviously the one that isnt blinkin) just replace it and you'll be fine

Just make sure it's installed tight - a loose bulb also causes the blinker to cycle quickly.

How can it look ok if it's not blinking?

I don't think the turn signal bulbs need double filaments since they are separate from the brake and running lights.

Well I can see the filaments inside the bulb and both are still conected. and it still lights up as a parking light, just dosent blink. Same gose for lights in the house. broken filament = bad bulb just look inside or shake it.

if you insist there's nothing wrong with the bulb swap it with the other one and see if the problem follows the bulb or stays with the socket. Until you *DO* something you're just guessing. Looking at the bulb isn't going to fix anything.

(sarcasm deleted...)

How this thread wasn't moved to the dumb section, I'll never know. Try a new bulb, if it fix's the problem, great, if not, go through the process.

Man, you have to change your blinker fluid.

It's pooling on one side of the car, making the turn signal blink too fast.

True. I heard this weird sound from the front end last night, and the car was driving real bad, and handled like ****. I then remembered i heard a loud pop when I drove over a box of nails and screws. When I went outside, I saw all 4 tires were flat. Guys, what should I do?

Actually, this is a fairly informative thread because I had no idea that it would blink fast if a bulb was burnt out. That's crazy.

It's an easy way to warn the driver of a blown bulb or other problems in the circuit. If the resistance changes too much, the blinking rate will change.
