It's the Stillen Aero kit. That particular one was modified to make it fit the 2k2/2k3 because it only fits 2k/2k1. Maxxxtuning is making a replica of this lip for 2k2/2k3 owners, the only difference is that the cutouts don't line up with the factory ones like they do in the pics. You can always find the thread about Maxxxtuning's lip on the first 1 or 2 pages of the 5th gen forum.

 

its the stillen lip for the 00-01 that was customized to fit his car.

..... unfortunatly you can tell that lip was dremelled.....

 

yeah that's emax's car...he said its like a monet bascially-looks good from afar, but far from good.
