2k Rear Signal Bulb

Through a few light bulb application charts the rear signal bulb was listed as 1156, but the Xtreme white PIAA bulb i got did fit. The nipples at the sides or the bulb were not in the same position as the ones i took out of the car.

Maybe the one i got was a defect or is 1156 the correct bulb size?

Thx

you have to sand down one of the "nipples" for it to fit. 1156 is the right size. I used the file of a swiss army knife to sand down one of the nipples.

I believe they are PY21W bulbs. If you take them out you can see the model number on the base and the ***** are aligned like a wide V instead of parallel to each other like 1156 bulbs
