Is this a good deal on a 00?

2000 SE 5sp Black, leather/heated, Bose, all options 82,000 miles

I really hate the miles that high and it has the beige interior which I am not too hot on.

The guy wants out of this and wants what he owes. Is asking $11.5, but his girlfriend told me while he was gone he would probally take $10. I am thinking about asking $9,500 and seeing what happens. Again I hate the miles being that high and the beige interior

I found a blk/blk identical all options car with 55k, but it is at a dealer who won't take less then $13, which is high imo ($3,000 for 25k less miles)

Any advice would be excellent. thanks

depends how many miles you put on a car in a year. It would take you a year to put on 25K mi AND pay off 3 grand. In my opinion, go w/car from the dealer, you still got 5K mi powertrain wtty, and the car you will like the most.

yeah, ask 9,5 and hopefully u'll both settle on 10. dont pay over book value for any car, its only valued at 10,055..in fact u should spit on book value and pay at least 200 less than that

if u can, just BS ur way thru the negotiations:
1. bose isn't that great anyway, the tweeters suck, im replacing the system, so premium sound does nothin for me
2. the SE suspension isn't as comfy as a GLE, so that does nothing for me
3. and of course, the high mileage, granted it's maxima, it'll run for a while, but nobody's a fan of high mileage

also, how long has his car been up for sale?

Car I like the most is the one i don't over pay on, and I really think that is high for that 55k car especially given someone on here bought a fully loaded 00 SE auto with 28k for $12.5k The auto is actually an $800 add up in the book.
