Perhaps the wiring harass has come loose. You can remove the top vent by pulling out, removing the ash tray/change holder, remove the shift surround, then find 4 screws at the top and bottom holding the stereo AND climate controls together. Reach behind from top or bottom and make sure the harness is in there good. I believe the thing has to be screwed back down (the 4 screws) before the radio or climate controls will work (<-- mine would not for some reason ).

Also, I assume you have checked the fuse with a tester.

Try to get it to "diagnostic mode" to see if that works. Don't worry, you won't screw anything up and you can leave this mode by simply turning off the car.

Do this:

(1) With car turned off, depress and hold "Off" button.

(2) Turn car on while STILL HOLDING the "Off" button.

(3) Continue holding button after starting car until a bunch of stuff appears on the screen, which should take 5 seconds.

If a bunch of unusual text appears in the climate control display, then you are in diagnostic mode. If you get this far, there is hope; otherwise, something more serious is probably wrong. At this point, you can change something, or just hit the "Auto" button again to leave this mode or turn off the car and that does it, too.

Let us know what happens or e-mail me and I can guide you through the diagnostic part (since it is multiple steps).
