Data Dots

I had the Data Dots campaign done to my car and can really see anything different except the stickers on the car. I thought they were supposed to move the ballasts too. I looked for brackets and can't see them either. Does anyone that had this done see anything different? I'm wondering if all they did was apply the stickers.

Doubt it...they would have ALOT of explaining to do if that was the case. I had mine done a couple weeks ago and I couldnt tell a difference at all because I asked them not to put the stickers on my car. I think the fact that you can't easily see the new brackets is by design...it wouldn't make much sense to put them right out in plain view where they are easily reached now would it?
