Have an 00 should i go for the 02?...

This is my first post. I've been following this board now for a while and know how helpful it can be. I currently have a 2000 GLE but am considering getting an 02 GLE fully loaded (no nav). It has a little less than 20000 miles and the asking price is 18000. Checked the carfax and it's clean. I haven't seen the car, but assuming it's in good condition, is this a reasonable price? Also, what are some of the major known issues with 02's? I know for my 00, there was the ignition coil problem. Thanks a lot for your help!
