I just checked out www.greddy.com
It looks like the have the SP2 for the 4th gen and 6th gen. The part number on the ebay auction matches the 6th gen part number.

The piping route its totally different from the Greddy EVO2s I have on my 2k2. I would say this is not for a 5th Gen. you can compare the piping of both, I took pictures of my EVO2 in my homepage.

I have always liked the SP exhaust on other cars...and the new design is even better. But $700 for an exhaust that I'm not sure will fit my car is crazy. Anyone have more info on if it will fit a 5th Gen?

Greddy replaced SP with SP2 (100% Stainless steel construction) and EVO with EVO2 catbacks.

SP2 would work on 5th gen with some modification (ie- extending the piping, plug the 02 Sensor hole etc.).

Having driven both setups (EVO2 & SP2), IMO the EVO2 is slightly more quiet (less drone) than SP2 catback.

The eBay price is expensive to say the least. We sell Greddy SP2/EVO2 catback for $545.00 INSTALLED.

Greddy SP2 catback is made for 4th gen Maxima application only. Greddy made EVO2 for the 5th gen Maximas. However, if you wish to buy the SP2 catback system and modify it to fit 5th gen, it has been done.

custommaxima sells bolt on dual exhaust. but the problem is that you would need to relocate that black box. i am actually thinking about doing this.
