i have a 2k gle auto. and my q. to u all is with the tranny slip and everything, would buying a intake add to the tranny problem? cause i am thinking of maybe buying the weapon r intake or the hi flow, i know your answers wil prob be get it, but i just want to make sure that with the intake, will it screw up the tranny even more? if i am talking about the right thing..........

An intake should not affect the tranny issue. I would suggest you take your car in to get the trannny checked out before you get the intake though. You don't want the dealer to give you any trouble with it just in case. Also, as an alternative to the hi flow intake, do a search on OSCAI in this 5th gen forum. You will find a lot of pertinent information regarding intakes.
