As in the other thread I disagree with one part of your writeup. It is easier to do this job without separating the elbow and removing the entire manifold in one piece.
The .orgers at our hotel last year at Nopi can attest as to how easy I made the manifold swap look.

Im not sure exactly whats available. I know that coppers give the best spark. But dont last as long.
Laser platinums is whats recommended for our car and what comes stock. so thats gonna stay in my motor.

It would also be wise to note that you may want to reset the ECU afterwards. Once you've changed your plugs, you may throw a SES light with a misfire condition. This is because the ECU is used to running on the bad plugs.
The codes for the misfires are as follows:
P0300 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire
P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire
P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire
P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire
P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire
P0305 - Cylinder 5 Misfire
P0306 - Cylinder 6 Misfire
