Oxygen Sensor and scanned-in diagnostic results

Guys,

Here's the scenario:

1) My car wouldn't start the other day
2) I had it towed to Nissan, they claim the engine was flooded. They held down the accelerator at startup and sent me on my way.
3) Car was fine on drive home.
4) Started it up again and got a SES.
5) Took it to Nissan today. They pulled a code P0134 (Bank 1) Oxygen Sensor (High Voltage) and P0171 (Lean) and reset the SES light. See image below for the diag results. Can anyone make heads or tails of this?

I've done my research and I realize this is a pretty common problem.

My questions are:
1) If my SES is now reset and it doesn't come back on again, does this mean I really didn't have a problem? Is it possible the code was from the engine being flooded?
2) If the SES doesn't reappear, should I still have the oxygen sensor replaced (I'm passed 36K mile warranty)?
3) Do these codes really mean the sensors are malfunctioning? Nothing on the above slip indicates that the voltage ever exceeded 0-1V.

Thanks.

Doesn't anyone have an opinion on this?

I wouldn't worry about it unless the code came back. I think it is possible it could be a side effect from flooding (raw fuel in the exhaust maybe?)
