BG44k for 2k+ Max safe?

I found this place with the lowest price for a can of BG 44k:
http://store.yahoo.com/wyattarpdodge/bg44kfuelsys.html

But before I get it, has anyone else use it in a Max safely? O2 Sensor safe?

I used BG44K before changing my fuel filter and noticed some pinging on occasion... it went away after changing the fuel filter. Beware though, changing the fuel filter can be a real pain, especially if you snap one of the fuel lines

Yeah I used it on my 2k2 and 2k. It works great. My local nissan dealer stocks this so I am fairly sure its ok to use.
