Rear Spoiler Brake Light???

2000 GLE
My rear spoiler brake light is out. I was thinking if i can do it myself since changing a bulb is easy, (did the other brake lights before) but i'm pretty noob with cars. I heard that if you don't seal it properly you will get fog and even water may go into it and fuse the whole light system. Do u need sealent of some sort?
Also, do you know what is the specific part and model i need to get for fixing the rear spoiler brake light? is it bulbs or is it a whole circuit board of bulbs. A link to a store would be helpful. Also if there are any HOW To's .
Anyone have any idea how much the dealer would take for parts and labor for replacement?
Anyone near Los Angeles area(818) who's knows how to do it and can help a fellow maxima brotha out?

Thanks

Check out the first half of KPazzo6's write up of how to install a clear brake light. Basically, just unscrew the light underneath the spoiler with a stubby screwdriver. Hope this helps.
