hotshot headers=h/p

i ran my 02 6speed against MAXINXS 6speed just to see if how much of a difference him having the hotshot headers installed and me not, and he walked away from me every time...from start and a roll. especially between 3 & 4th gear he was gone, so i am pleased by the result. i feel more comfortable now knowing that i bought the headers.

It made me feel a hell of a lot better too! I knew my car felt fast all along, the numbers just weren't there. It has got to be that place I went and dynoed at. Hardly anyone goes there, and it might be because their dyno isn't accurate. I guess the headers really do make a difference. Let me know when your ready to dyno your car. If you choose to dyno at S&S, I'll go with you! EVERYONE SHOULD BUY THESE HEADERS.

How did you guys race? Speed match then, go through the gears? Or did you guys line up in each gear and test gear by gear?

It's funny you posted this thread. Last night me and my friend ran our cars a couple of times from a Roll. I have a 2k3 AUTO W/Injen and HS Headers, my friend has a 330i auto w/ only a CAI. Now before I got my headers from 35-70 we would be about even. Last night we did 2 runs from 35-70 and each run I pulled on him pretty good.

we raced from 2nd-4th a few times and he was pulling on me but when he hit 4th it was over..now from 1st, i even got the jump on him and he still pulled ahead on me. when we started from 3rd it wasn't really comparable...i am itching to get these headers installed!!!!!!!

Ah you guys I have the six speeds..nice!! Definitely get these headers, the most noticeable difference is between 4-6K rpm, it pulls so much harder once it gets up there.

Nice! Those Hotshot headers do seem to be worth the money. Can't wait to see dyno and track results.

Was you 99mph trap speed with or without the Headers? The reaon I am asking is because t56gen3 ran a 99.7 trap with an injen, Lightweight OEM size pulley and a Cattman Y-Pipe.

It was without the headers. My mods were: Intake, y-pipe, b-pipe and muffler.
