My drivers side low beam is not as bright as the passenger side. Itried switching bulbs but it's still the same. The highs are ok. Any ideas ?

Thanks MCE

You have to properly adjust the beam pattern, there is a write up i believe in the how-to sections. Im not sure but maybe u hit a hard bump and it messed up the pattern? Im not sure how the beam pattern can be displaced.

There is not a "beam pattern" adjustment; you can adjust the vertical (and maybe the horizontal) aiming of the headlamp. (I'm not sure about a 2k1; on a 2k2/3, you can adjust vertical aiming but not horizontal.)

But there are two likely possibilities:

1) Is the socket correctly inserted into the housing? If the bulb is not in the proper position, the filaments will not be at the foci of the reflector. There are teeth on the socket and gaps on the housing - usually two small, one large. You match them up, push straight in, turn about 1/4 turn. Do not touch the glass envelope of the bulb; if you do, wipe it gently with a soft clean cloth and some alchohol to remove fingerprints.

2) Is the reflector shot? If the socket is left loose (or not installed) for an extended time, moisture and crud will get in and corrode or simply coat the reflector. It does not take much to significantly degrade its reflectivity. If this is the case, the housing will look a little discolored (compared to the other one) when you look at them in daylight. I don't believe there is any way to repair this; you have to replace the lamp. (Check junkyards but inspect carefully to be sure you are not getting another one with a bad reflector.)

Both highs look good, it's just the low beam on the left. I'm going to check the voltage on the lows tomorrow, I'll post back, thanks guys.
