Maxx Tuning 2002-2003 Urethane Lips

Hey guys. Just bringing you guys up to date. About a month or two ago I got a phone call from a guy here on the org with interest in a Stillen Style Aero lip for the 2K2-2K3 guys since no one made it for the car. After that I received a few emails about it too. After talking to one of my manufacturers, over the weeks, we are going to go ahead and make the front lip. The front lip will be made out of Poly-Urathane and we're going to give you a lifetime warranty on the lip. It will be an exact fit, no modifications needed. This is for the Stillen Aero Lip Style for the 2002-2003 Maxima. Please don't ask about an AE style because that's not the style we decided to produce. We need approx. 50 Paid orders for people to start receiving them. The regular retail price for this front lip will be $250.00 + shipping. But the first 100 orders will get the Lip for $199.00 and we'll offer FREE SHIPPING (Continental US). Once we get 50 Paid orders, it will take about 2-3 weeks for the lips to be completed and customers will start receiving them by the end of the 3rd week or the 4th week.
Don't be fooled by the competition. I get things done. When the 4th gen guys wanted an aggressive bodykit... I gave them the Skyline kit. I am going to do the same for you 2K2-2K3 guys (except this time you don't have to wait 6-7 months for it to come out).

so are we waiting for 5 more orders to be filled before they even ship out the first lip?!?! with two other new vendors selling the same lip.... and maxxtuning's now ruined reputation on here... it's gonna be hard to find 5 people to step up and order from them....they should just start sending the lips already...

So this is the thread now?? 20k views, 26 pages and nearly 500 posts over the period of more than half a year just to get one lip made. I just hope that the people buying the Stillen lip and not this Maxx Tuning one understand that without us who paid for our lips nearly 6 months ago none of this ever would have happened.

Hamy, you are assuming that Stillen used Maxx tuning. I really doubt that, since I have been to Stillen many times, and they have a huge RD dept, who I really couldnt see sub contracting out RD for a lip to them. But if you can prove me wrong, I will accept my fault.....

Kloogy no no, you have me all wrong. What I mean is, I believe that Stillen saw the huge demand that us 2k2+ owers had for the "classic" style lip and then they went out and started to make one. Your correct their design is different than the one Maxx Tuning offers.

look guys... the thread is intact in it's full form. If I could, I would clean the thread up and bring it back here and open it up again. But, the database is giving me an error in editing and deleting posts out of the thread. The old thread turned to **** with all the off topic posts and pi$$ing matches in the end. If you need anything out of the old thread, let me know... I can grab it.
You guys need to see it from our perspective sometimes... it's not easy trying to manage hundreds of threads daily and sifting through the posts.

this whole issue is bigger than you guys can imagine...tons of politics to deal with....
I am getting info on this on a daily basis...I need to talk to a couple parties involved and further my conclusion
why am I getting involved in this when I didn't buy a maxx tuning lip?? cuz I feel for you guys and know that $200 isn't just pocket change

I just got my car back from the body shop today...minus the front lip. They were really cool about it actually. The day I finally get the thing they will put it on for me. I thought it would look alot worse without the lip, but it actually doesn't look too bad.
