Tein coilovers vs. Illumina

Before I even start I would like to apologize for yet another suspension thread, but I haven't really heard this covered much. Basically I'm stuck between getting Illumina/Tein combo or Tein coilovers. I want a nice looking drop that will handle nice, but my main concern is getting rid of wheel hop. Just wondering if anybody knows which ones would be better. Sorry if this has been covered and I missed it, in which case a link would be good. Thanks in advance.

im not much of a suspension buff, but i would deff say the coilovers u can adjust the height as well as the dampening on the coilovers

hope that helps

Also, be aware the coilovers are known to be a bit noisy. Also, if you're looking for handling performance, Tein S-tech isn't the answer due to lack of suspension travel - H&R and Eibach would be better choices for performance.

As far as which is better between the 2 options for axle hop - this is primarily caused by motor mounts, so they're really about equal in this regard. However, I have heard people who drop claim their hop is reduced/gone. I dragged a GTP yesterday (and won ) and had no issues with wheel hop so perhaps this is true.
