I wouldn't use any lowering spring with Tokico Blues. They are a stock replacement unit and are not valved correctly for sport springs.

Your looking to improve the cars ride and handling characteristics so you should be looking for a more agressive strut.

I have this set up and it is very nice, my ride is good w/o any problems.
