I like the idea of the h&r lowering the car 1.4 and 1.5 as opposed to the 1.0 and 1.3 of the eibachs, but i also want the best quality and ride.

hnR vs eibach

well hnr softer eibach stiffer. hnr good for street driving more comfy. it'll drop more after the springs settle and depending on the shocks u get.

To Lowww and it may not be suitable for everyone to drive. depends on your taste. I'ld go with the H&R. Thats what I hear is good for the 2K as far as comfort. With H&R U need camber plates to get the allignment specs to factory VS Eibach U don't. H&R does 1.4front. 1.3 in rear.. Eibach 1.3front 1 in rear. Good luck.

I didn't use any camber plates on my 95 SE with H&Rs

When I had my 95 SE, I installed H&Rs and Tokicos and didn't use any camber plates.
Do you need them???
My car was driving great, going straight, no pull.

Just asking.

Maybe I should lower my 2000 SE with H&Rs, but I freaking hate the car. My car is being serviced almost every other week. My strut parts finally here, maybe problems will be solved.
But,,, I don't want to put any stuff on the car cause I am thinking of selling that thing soon. Just so not satisfied with the build quality and SERVICE. ;(

This was exactly my thoughts....."Gotta get the H&R's cause they drop it more." But lets be realistic. How much difference is there? A fraction of an inch! Hardly noticable. I have heard that the H&R's are a more comfortable ride in previous posts, always followed immediately by posts from Eibach owners that they felt their springs were great. And personally, if you want a plush ride stay stock. Unless you want to attack an intersection turn during a late yellow or whatever, or you are fortunate enough to head onto a track, why are you paying for suspension mods anyway?

Anyway, in about two hours I am picking my car up and will take my first ride on the new Eibachs and RSB (Darned Stillen is still machining the STB's). I can give you my 2 cents on the appearance change (I'm not expecting any) and the ride change.

oh did i mention

tein ???? hmm. hahaha. they are great. well its' good to have slight negative camber if you xcross. (or drift) but the inner portion of you tires are gonna wear alot faster than the outside. camber, toe. would cause excessive tire wear. caster wont.
