Damn...those wider shots make it look pretty damn good!

Now I just wanna see it from different angles/distances painted on a light-colored car. Guess that means you NT2SHBBY...

well apparently the lip ships separate from the rear because I got the rear today minus the lip. Doesn't really matter much anyway because the first opportunity to get the car painted will be first week of April (spring break)

pix will be up the minute I bring her back home

how do the other parts of the kit look like? Is it the touring side skirts and rear valence from Stillen?

Your trippin, its not THAT low. You only have to watch out for parking blocks then anything. Other then that, if you have "some" common sense you'll be fine. I dont know about riding around with your wheels tucking, but ive been riding around on Teins w/ a body kit for well over a yr w/o any major problems.

Killer: That actually doenst look that bad at all, I thought the new lip was gonna suck considering its not like the old one, but that looks clean as hell

You'll be fine man, Just make sure they do a perfect job on install and I cant stress this enough. Make sure they sand the living hell out of it, you dont want to have to go though what I did. I wish I just went to a bodyshop that did it perfect the 1st time around, even if it was a $600-800 install it would be worth it if it was done perfectly

Have fun rollin in the Echo

Oh and about letting your girl drive...dont do it

I know for a fact that he will scrape scrape going into his driveway. Trust me, he WILL scrape driving around Queens. The roads r $hit here. I'm on Maxspeeds and am already afraid of scraping w/o a kit.

Hitman, its true...I do scrape sometimes (not too often) with maxspeeds in NYC...its not roads that I have troubles with, its the driveways here...they are paved fine from the street to the actual entrance but then some of em slope up really quick so that is where my troubles start happening.

for instance, my cousins driveway out in bumblefuk LI, I can't even consider going head on into his driveway without scrapin the **** outta my bumper....I always have to back in there and even then I scrape the muffler but hey, its stock oh well

Ravi (Macalert) and I were referring to me going JIC with the kit on the car already-which is still gonna happen after all but not right yet. (need $$$$ first)

Damn, I guess im just underestimating how jacked up the roads are up in NY Here in Phx, its not too bad. I can clear most driveways head on, hell ive had a loaded car with over 1000lbs worht of passengers, rear wheels tucking & all and still had 0 problems
That sucks though, I havnt been up to NY in quite some time so obviously I dont remember how steep the driveways really are.

You 2k2-2k3 owners got a way better front bumper then us 00-01's. If I wasn't getting the stillen front bumper I would ge the 2k2-2k3 front bumper with that lip.

I believe the bumper is way better looking. why dont u sell the bumper you're getting and hit up alex at SWA. HEs selling a bumper w/ billet grills and u can add the lip onto it. his bumper looks sick. would make ur car so hot IMO.

Has anyone had trouble with this lip by having the lower grille-tech inserts. Looks like I'm going to either have to take them off or shave them down so the stillen lip will slide under them.
