I just installed some fog lights on my 2k Maxima GXE. All I have done is take the black inserts out, screwed them on and connect the wires (wiring was there already, taped up). It didn't have any to begin with so I was wondering what else I needed to complete the installation? Thanks

Oh, yeah, the foglights are held in the bumper but they do shake a bit. Tip on that too...

 

its held in by two white clips on top and one bolt from the bottom

 

White clips? Mine didn't have anything. Are the clips suppose to hold the fogs so it won't shake? Where can I get the clips? How do I power the fogs on? If the wiring was there already, should there be an off/on switch or button?

where did u buy the lights? If your bought stock ones they should have come with the left stalk near your steering wheel(it replaces your old one), which in addition has a switch to turn the fogs on.

The lamps themselves have to be oriented a particular way so that the tabs on the back snap on to hold them in. So make sure u have the right one on the right side, and facing the right way.

 

All I bought was the lights from a fellow org member. Where can I buy the new stalk?

I don't have any of the tabs, my car and fog lights didn't come with any. Where can I also buy these?
