Are all 5th gen suspensions the same?

I currently have a 2k2 with maxspeed springs and stock struts, since I no longer have my stock springs and I'm selling the car I want to go back to stock so I'm trading with a buddy of mine. He has a 2k1 AE max, so bascially we are going to swap suspensions. My only question is are all the 5th gen suspensions the same, where it will be a simple and easy take out and put back in type of deal. Thanks!

It stands to reason that the springs would be of different rates due to the different weights of the 5th vs. 5.5gen. However, this apparently isn't the case since suspension components are created for the entire 5th gen. line.

I know there are minor differences but they should be interchangable.

For example for the 2001s the SE and GLE, one has a 2 pc dust boot and the other has 1. Also the brake line is attached in different places. Also the cover that covers the ABS line in the rear is different for some 2000s and 2001. I'm sure there are more minor differences.....
