Hey Guys, I bought a 2003 maxima about a month ago and it has a major clunk in the dash when I hit bumps. It sounds almost like metal hitting metal but with a slightly deeper tone. It's coming from right behind the clock and if you press on the dash in that spot the clunk goes away. Have any of you experienced this?

 

I have the problem with my car but it come from the right side of the console by the radio.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! F-ing Nissan !@#$%^

 

I get the same sound from the front of the clock area. I complained to my dealer 3 times.... they put some insulation around the clock... it got a lil better but big bumps still make the noise.... my dealer gave up and said they can't do anything about it anymore... the sound is worse when its cold... ****es me off...
