Maybe they just used the picture of a 2k2-2k3.

 

They used a picture of a 02 max probably.

 

I was gonna say, some fat guy in there, seem to be having trouble trying to drive. LOL but yes it's definitely not a 2002 if the carfax shows a 2001

 

Was there a 2001 special edition with HID??

 

NOPE. HIDs are only 2k2, 2k3

 

they'd better be using another pic... but thats crazy, I'd expect to see the pic of the car thats for sale.
