How come everytime I try to do a search it tells me that Im restricted or some **** like that?

I tried to find it in FAQ but it wont let me open that thread either.

 

cuz it has been disabled to help the site perform better, only donating members can currently search. you can search another way. go to www.yahoo.com, go to advanced, and search maxima.org for whatever word you want. it isnt that effiecient, but its better than no search at all.

If you would have read my post you would have seen that I tried to read FAQ.It would not let me. Sorry for the swearing.

So how do I become a donating member? I dont mind kicking some in I know it cost to run this board. When I click about donating it says no Donations are being accepted. So when are they going to be accepted?

 

No idea when the donations will be up but were all waiting. They have some server issues or something like that.

 

Indefinitely I think.

 

A bigger gripe of mine is when a thread that I've been participating in goes "off topic". When that happens you are no longer allowed to view the thread. Why is the off topic forum restricted to donating members? I don't see a server performance issue here. If it's a means to encourage donations, then LET US DONATE!
