i35 vs max

I wanted to know if the 2002 infinity i35 has any of the same problems as a 2002 maxima. Do they have the same tsb's? Are the 02 i 35 more reliable or trouble free?

It would help if you could be a little more specific with regard to these problems.

Engine, auto trany, and suspension are the same, so problems with these are probably shared.

true that. but interms of engine we have the same one except the timing chain. i think im not usre but i think the max uses a belt. or at least used to. we have a different suspention as far as i know becasue our stock suspention NOT "t" sits lower than a stock max gle and the "t " sits lower than a stock se. from my personal experiences.

All Maximas from at least 1995 to current use a timing chain as do the I30/35.

They are really all the same Max, I30/35 except the I's have a year longer warentte and I have been told more sound proofing. The mechanics are the same and parts can be interchanged.

I dont recall ever hearing about the I30/I35 HIDs stolen. They are a lot harder to take out than the max headlights.

You would have to rip off the entire front-end of our car to get the headlights out.
