Clear Corners - Question ???

I am going to buy some clear corners for my 00 SE and saw a set of 4 on southwestautoworks.com for $59.00 which is about half of the price from what I have seen on other sites such as Courtesyparts.com. Is there a difference in quality/fit in the clear corners depending on where you purchase them??

They are all the same. This a a quote from some dink at Custom Maxima when mine got condensation in them, verbatim "Dude, they are cheap plastice from Japan, what do you expect." I will never buy from them again. Get the cheaper proced ones off of eBay and then get some GE clear silicone(sp?) and go around the outside of them, let dry over night then pop them in. If you get condensation, get a dremle, drill a small hole then use a hair dryer or air pump and blow that **** out. Dont waste mony on the expensive ones from custommaxima when you can get the same on eBay for 1/3 the cost.

They're all the same. Just seal them with silicone before installing them.

Thanks to everyone for the info. Any recommendations on bulbs?? Brand, color, etc. Do the bulbs have to be a certain color legally??

I had a thread on this. I heard doing the LED bulbs in the clears gives better colors (less watered down) when illuminated at night.

I would love to see a pic of some who have leds in behind these...

I can take some pics tonight. I have Amber LED's in the front, and Red LED's in the rear. Its sooooo much better than regular bulbs. Plus I took out the stock bulbs on top of the license plate and replaced them with white LEDs. It looks very cool without being ricey. I will post the pics later tonight or tomorrow. You can always hit me up on AiM too: Nightwalker447

Link to get LED bulbs...

You might be able to find them cheaper on eBay but this place never did me wrong except charging too much for shipping.
