headlights

well im starting to get this haze on my headlights i have an 03. What do u guys use to clean then so clear and clean. Also i have this stain on there i think bird **** but not sure. sorry if repost let me know

krmaxima, hey whats up. Try using blue magic plastic/pleiglass cleaner from autozone. I had the same problem and it helps.

i had the same problem, neither goof off nor the blue magic cleaner worked for me. any other suggestions? don't have that much $ to waste on headlight cleaners.

@ dba: won't that make the haze worse? I thought acetate/acetone + plastic = marring and haze. I actually asked Housecor about this the other day, but I forgot his recommendation

Do not polish (grease with bits in it) or wax (usually have harsh chemicals)plastic headlamps/taillamps of any kind. Plastic headlamps have a sprayed on layer that protects plastic towards harmful chemicals (salt, oil...etc), airborn sand and UV rays.
