CANCELLING an extended warranty?

i bought one w. my car last month and have decided that i wont be keeping the car more than 1 year at the most, so i could live w/o the warranty

its a GE extended for 1500 bux (i think it covers 3 years/36k)

anyone have experience in a situation like this? is it possible to cncl and get any $$$ back? they just rolled it into the financing of the car ~

I had a extended warranty with my 2002 Toyota Tundra...after i lifted my truck, they voided my suspension warranty because the ABS got messed up. Well, i decided to get rid of my extended warranty. They just brought my payments down a little...basically, yea, they basically paid me back, since i never went into the extended period...this was 7 months after i purchased the truck too! hope that helps...im sure Nissan will do the same!

some state law require the dealer to give you back all your money on the extended warranty, if you didn't use it.

You will NOT get it all back, it will be prorated for sure. I have done this twice already with Nissan USA.
