Maybe you need to replace your brake pads? I just replaced my front and rear rotors and break pads. Now the car runs great.

I just had the front ones done about a month ago, they only squeak at low speeds for some reason, but of course they never do it when you take it back to the dealer. They applied sone grease but they didnt do s**t...

My 2k SE also have squeaking sound when i brake lightly. I replace the shims and pads myself, the squeaking sound is gone.
1. check ur inner and outer shims, dealer probably didn't replace them.
2. Shims doesn't have enough lubricant, the copper anti seize.
