first of all, u have to take the dash apart... unscrew the screw in the coin holder...pop up the quarter coin holder that will let u get the shifter console out...... behind the console is 2 screws.....then pop off the ac vents....there's 2 more screws, the radio/ac controls is all screwed together....disconnect the wires....flip to back of it...there's 2 screws that hold the radio/ac together.....the 2 screws on each side of the ac controls and it just comes out....then u can take the plate off.....

on the lcd control, the 'faceplace' is actually aprt of the control unit. don't think you can remove it. just take it all out and mask it off and paint.

hmmm... anyone else know the answer? is it possible to remove the plate? If i mask it, the paint may get all over the place and might mess up the unit... i need some feedback... thanks guys
