2001 CD changer?
2001 CD changer?
Does the 2001 have the option for a 5 or 6 disc changer in the trunk? Does anyone have this? I have the factory Bose stereo with sub. I thought I saw somewhere that it did but couldn't find the info. If this option is available, what parts would I need to have this work in my Max?
Thanks,
Eric
I just found that the CD Changer is availabe for the 2001. So does anyone have this and would recommend it? I'm not into bass and all that crap anymore and made my stereo back to stock with just the factory sub. So for regular listening purposes and for the benefit of having extra CD's in the trunk, is the changer worth it?
Thanks.
Thanks,
Eric

I have a non-Bose system and I added the OEM 6 disc Clarion changer and I love it (because it works with my steering wheels controls to go up/down thru discs). I got it for $70 dollars new from ebay and it came with the connector cable that reached from the headunit to the trunk but didn't come with the mounting bracket (no biggie) and I had it installe for 30 bucks. This is CT BTW.
