I just received my Front Lip and Grille-Tech bottom and top grille. I want to paint both the top and bottom Gray Lusture since that is the color of my car. Since the body shop will be painting the lip I will ask them to paint the grille as well. What do you all think about that. Is there anyone that did that and if so please please post some pics. Any other suggestions?

BTW the grille came in looking better than I have expected. I'm not sure about the rust issue since I haven't put it on yet, but it looks very nice and it looks like is has few layers of clear coat on it. It is well worth the $60 on Ebay

I've seen the mesh painted black on a black Max and it looked great and I think I've seen white and it looked good. Not sure if grey lustre would look as good. Might be better to leave polished. Maybe someone could photoshop it for you. Might look really good, tho'.

Anyone with photochop skills that could post some pics of the grille on a Gray lusture max with the body color and with the original metallic color.

I'd paint it only if it didn't look right with the color of my car..Mine's silver so I'd leave it alone..Up to you really..And btw you like the cubs? :P It's becoming a trend in chicago or something cuz everyone I see likes them..
