What would you do?!?!

Found an 03 Max SE/TE Black on Black 6-Speed, HLSD, Fully Loaded with the works except for Navi (which I didn't want), w/17,000k miles. What would you pay for something like this? It's a lease vehicle, and owner is asking $23,500 (which is basically full retail if not over)......and allowing a little bit of room to work with. Need a car ASAP, is this worth it?

Thanks for the insight......

I'd be all over it if it where $3000-$3500 less. $23.5 is a little steep IMO.

Typically, if the seller has an asking price then the price should be negotable. If this is not the case and the seller is firm on the price; pass on the vehicle. Chances of the seller actually getting $23.5K for the vehicle are slim to none. A fully loaded '03 Max with those miles probably should run you $20K-$21K, depending upon exterior and interior condition.

Does it have the meridan package? I am assuming it does by your fully loaded comment.

Well since you already made an offer, I guess the ball is in his court. However, you offer was fair. Hopefully the vehicle has been well maintained inside and outside, I am a real sticklier when it comes to appearance.

P.S. I am about to sell (under contract) my '03 Sheer Silver Nissan Maxima SE with 27K miles, base model+6-speed+moonroof+titanium edition wheels, and etc. So I have current knowledge of the market value.

GOOD LUCK

Honestly, the six speed titanium editions are so rare, you are gonna get a deal either way. I would buy it. I looked all over the damn place for a TE 6-Speed and couldn't find one anywhere that was for sale...especially with low miles like that one...
