passive arming

If anyone has any kind of viper alarm system, how do you put it in passive arming? Do you use it?

well with my car i dont use passive arming and here is why:

windows will roll up, doors will lock and alarm will turn off...

so if 1 day i leave my keys in the car, i am f*cked....

get my point?

If you want to know anything about changing features on your Viper alarm go to Dircted.com you can download the instruction manual and the intallation guide...Only thing is...if you have a viper 791xv like i do..you have to have a bit writer to change some of the features on the alarm....its not like the old ones were you could just program it by pushing the valet switch to get into certain program modes... As for the window roll up modules, try checking on ebay...i bought mine for 30 bucks(model number: 529T)...I know they come either one direction or two direction...meaning, one module can make your windows just go up or u can have the one that i have and you can make them go up and down...but i used my module for my sunroof...i have a habit of leaving the damn thing open and was afraid of leaving it open when it rained...so know when i arm the alarm it closes..

It you want one touch up and down you want the 530T, but if you want up or down (or maybe one for the moonroof) then you need the 529T.
