Disconnecting Engine Mounts

Disconnecting Engine Mounts

Guy's, my engine mounts on my 00 auto se are buzzing like crazy. I though i heard someone say that you can disconnect them. How do you do it? Is there any harm done?
Please help

Trace the wire bac about 1ft from the mount and you will see the brown connector that it plugs into. I cant describe it on here.

What are the purpose for those things anyway? What do they do?
