Exhaust Question..

Hey guys...i just bought a warpspeed y pipe for my 01 max...the pipe is also coming with a High Flow Cat( bought new from ebay combo deal)..to replace the factory one.....now heres my question....i dont really want a loud exhaust no matter what im putting on the pipe now if i put the high flow cat in there am i going to get even more power out of it? and what does it sound like...Im trying to get my 01 5spd into the low 14's...and i have the frankencar intake and a 20% Underdrive pulley on its way and now this exhaust setup...let me know what you guys think thanks TIm

It will be pretty tough to get low 14s with just simple mods.

I have Greddy catback. It has a deep tone, not ricey, and quieter than HKS.

It will shorten life of your motor.

Nos is no big deal if you are smart about it. The max internalls can safely hold up to a 70 shot. If you want low 14s then go with a small shot like 40 or 50 and youll be fine. A performance clutch and lightend flywheel will also help in your attempts.
