Question about headlight bulb?

Although a newbie... YES 110% absolutely yes...
I have a cheap connection for bulbs but they didn't know if the 9003 was a H4, so I bought some 9003's and they said H4 also, so I took back the $30 (supposedly blue) white bulbs back for some $12 real blue lights...
