This is an old topic, but I can't search on results since I'm not sure what the word of the day is for what we call the control stalk for the headlights.

As for the question...has anybody figured out how to rewire the headlight stalk so that the AUTO setting is either completely disconnected or at the end of the cycle so you don't have to pass it on the way to parking lights (also relevant if you have rewired fogs)?

Thanks...still interested in cutting that blue wire if anybody found it.

 

Hmmm, never heard of this one. I'm looking into rewiring the headlight stalk so the parking lights do not dim the interior lights, but I won't be starting on that for a while most likely (need a spare from a junkyard to work on)
